Nattura Labs have several brands for beauty salons. The ecommerce websites were not attracting new leads. The traffic came only from offline regular clients through sales reps when they recommended the website. It was only a brochure online. They needed to generate new clients, make a segmented database for start making nurturing campaigns and increase theri revenue.

Attract people with content
Setting up an ecommerce always needs a content strategy to attract buyers. Only 3% of visitors are ready to buy when they visit an ecommerce, that is why you need to find a way for lead conversion. We did both strategies, lead generation and conversion. We aimed the target to the buyer persona they were looking for, hair stylists and color artists at hair salons. Through educational content they convert and nurture a database of new customers.
