This privacy notice is in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, generating this communication as marked by Article 15 of the law.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on the site, when you place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a communication survey, such as through an email, or participate in any of the promotions on our site and any official Databranding social networking site and when we obtain information through other sources that are permitted by law

When you register or place an order, we may ask for your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card information or other information. All of this is in order to provide quality service in commercial transactions and notices of new products, services or promotions. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

How do we protect the information?

We implement a series of security measures to maintain the security of your personal information. Your information is kept under strict security networks and is only accessible by a limited number of people who have special rights of access to such systems, being obliged to keep the information confidential and not to share it with anyone. To place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server with security and anti-piracy certificates. All confidential sensitive information such as address, telephone and credit or debit cards are transmitted through a technology called Secure Socket Layer or (SSL) and this information is encrypted in our databases and can only be accessed by authorized personnel.

Do you use "cookies"?

We do use. Cookies are small files that a site or its service providers transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if this feature is enabled) that allow it to recognize your browser and remember certain information. We do not sell or transfer your information to third parties. The term "Third Parties" does not include Databranding. It also does not include the company's web hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our websites, conducting our business or providing services to you. We may also disclose your information if it is required by law and is requested by a government agency via a court or institution with such powers. If you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent to do so. Otherwise, you must notify us in writing via e-mail.

How can I cancel, delete or modify the information you have given us?

In the law this section is called ARCO rights, you have the right to access your personal data that we hold and the details of the treatment of them, as well as to rectify them if they are inaccurate or instruct us to cancel them when you consider that they are excessive or unnecessary for the purposes that justified their collection or to oppose the treatment of them for specific purposes. You can also choose to unsubscribe from our news service via email by clicking on the link you receive in each email to no longer receive them. In this way you will be in our database but will not receive promotional communications.

In case you cannot cancel or modify your subscription in the system, you can request it via e-mail. We will have a maximum period of 15 days to attend your request and we will inform you about the origin of the request through an e-mail. Data according to the law in articles 8 and 16.
